This incarnation of the open-access playground opened in July 2008. In partnership with Lambeth Council, The Friends of Kennington Park raised over £240,000 for a community–led project to improve the park’s play and nature focused facilities including the Adventure Playground.

Opening Hours
The free afterschool club runs on Wednesdays from 3:30 - 6:30pm during term-time and during all holidays Monday-Friday 10am - 4pm.
Facilities
Structured play, climbing structures and zip-wire, sports and arts activities, games and cooking, led by a highly qualified team of playworkers. Off-site trips offered and new opportunities and experiences to everyone.
